When I first looked at the eBook, I
was like 'Whoa, it's most likely going to be extremely boring.'
Well, I started reading it and within
the first few sentences I found that it was a good read. It was not boring in
the least. I loved how it made me feel like I was reading a book, even though
it is a book. :).
I also love how it made you sound like
a normal person which you hopefully are. Just reading it was amazing because
it seems like it really helps and I learned a lot of things about my body. Sarcasm
is always a must and you use it a lot. I mean that in the best possible way.
I didn't know that starving makes you
lose muscles and not fat. Losing muscle is sad. When you kept repeating over
and over to eat 6 small meals, I was like ew. Then I saw what you meant by it.
Because of the exercising, you need the little meals to give your the energy.
You might eat more then what is needed with the big meals.
I like the joking around. It made me
connect with you and the book. I liked how you also put in others people's questions.
Some of the questions they asked, I needed answers to and I got them.
The videos also helped because I didn't
know what some of the exercises were so you saved me some time.

This information is concise, gets right
to the point and easy to understand. I have heard of all these things, perhaps
not always together, but you actually went to the trouble to explain why they
work. It totally makes sense.
Anyone who has ever researched health
issues at all can just look at this and see that it will work before even trying
it. In a nutshell, you gave us the key.
And thanks for explaining an additional
value of protein and veggies because of how they are digested and processed
in the body. Some books may mention and even stress these few things, but not
right together like you did, rather spread out over 300 pages.
Most people want concise, workable
solutions and might give up 50 pages into a book that has not yet addressed
many of their questions.
Also, I like your simple, not overwhelming,
approach to an issue which for many of us has been very complex, overwhelming
and difficult to understand.

Hi George,
Just want to give you a progress report.
I have been following your plan for several days now and am amazed at how effective
it is. I feel very healthy, much more relaxed, my clothes are fitting more loosely,
I am sleeping better, and I am not hungry.
Also, I have always had a serious problem
with heavy sweating especially now when it is 95 degrees and humid, and that
problem seems to have gone away the past few days. I have also stopped taking
an antidepressant I was unable to go without previously and don't seem to need
it. I do keep it close at hand and know to get right back on it should symptoms
return. I didn’t get a fat caliper until yesterday but I have it now.

facts with us. I always thought I knew it all with my great passion for being
lean and slim but your book takes the cake. Each area mentioned in your book

I liked that you pointed out that the goal isn't to lose weight, it's to lose
fat. I also liked that not pushing yourself too hard was acknowledged so the
"reader" understands that it's ok to not kill yourself with working
out, but to take your time and do what you can do... then build up to the next
step. Finally, I liked the links to examples of exercises.
